General
These conditions govern our relationship with you. You will be asked to tick a box at the point of sale to indicate that you have read our Terms and Conditions and shown your agreement. Therefore, please read these carefully (if necessary print them off for your full understanding and record) as they affect your rights under the law. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you recognise that details of this section of the website can potentially alter at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Order Online
If you would like to place an order online, please select the item(s) you would like to purchase and follow the online instructions. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

By post
If you would prefer to send a cheque, please make it payable to ‘Broad Norfolk Designs’ and include your order details and your contact details and delivery address. Your order will then be despatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Security and credit card payments
We accept PayPal and via this method all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, direct debit and American Express. Online payments are made via the PayPal site (secure webserver, 128 bit SSL with the advantages of industry leading anti-fraud models) but please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to proceed with payments – there is an option to proceed with a one-off credit card payment.

Please note that for orders from outside the UK we can only accept payments via the PayPal site.

Delivery
All parcels will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. We aim to ship within 2 working days, however should there be any delays we will contact you as soon as possible. For shipping outside the UK, the calculated delivery costs are an estimate, please contact us for further detail or clarification.

Exchange and Returns – right to cancel
We hope you will be happy with your purchase however, we will accept returns within 7 working days of delivery. Please state the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or full refund. Please enclose a copy of your receipt. Items must be returned to us at 9 Briar Road, Hethersett, Norwich, Norfolk, NR9 3FG in an unused and resaleable condition (unless faulty). We recommend sending goods by recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage. Claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without presentation of proof of postage. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.


Notices
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on our website (www.broadnorfolkdesigns.co.uk). However, due to a number of mitigating factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour discrepancies between the image and the actual product.

The products sold by Broad Norfolk Designs are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from Broad Norfolk Designs.

Whilst we trust that our website will meet your requirements we cannot guarantee this nor guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss caused as a result. We are also not liable for any problems relating to website links, services or information provided on or made available through the site. Accessing these is done at entirely your own risk. As far as we are aware, should we provide any links, they are safe and to reputable sites, but we accordingly make no warranties and accept no liability to the fullest extent permissible by law, to guarantee these.

Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your Personal Information.

Law and Jurisdiction
The conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any disputes between us.
